La Sala Gran is an space dedicated to gastronomy, in Llofriu (Catalonia, Spain). Its chef, Isaac Sabrià, aims to rediscover and develop traditional Catalan cooking, concentrating on two aspects: products and designer cuisine, serving seasonal dishes with best fresh local products.

The restaurant is housed in an old, historic Catalan farmhouse, run by the third generation of a family whose gastronomic proposal is based on tradition and driven by the innovative vision of its young chef.

In Sala Gran we have retained the rustic style of the old farmhouse, supplemented by adding the necessary spaces to serve our customers and that they feel at home. Three indoor sepparated areas with capacity from 60 to 240 people and two big outdoor ones, landscaped with care, including parking for 170 vehicles, will make our venue the perfect one for each of your needs.

Our chef: Isaac Sabrià

The career of Isaac Sabrià has been marked by a constant passion for cooking, reinvent and evolve the way you understand it constantly. He developed this passion before in restaurants and places so important in Catalonia and Spain as Espai Sucre (Barcelona), Celler de Can Roca (Girona) or Via Veneto (Barcelona). He has also received recognition and awards, as well as participating in national television programs. His values can be summarized as innovation, sustainability, culture and tradition, made ​​visible in every one of his dishes.
